Magic Mocha Cold Brew (with Adaptogens!) (Paleo, Keto, Low Carb)

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup coffee grinds

  • 1 scoop Organifi Gold (Click HERE for 15% off or use code CRUNCHANDLUNCH) - this gives the mocha flavor and a hint of sweetness, but you can do it without for regular plain cold brew

  • Water

  • Two 64oz mason jar or other large pitchers with not a super wide mouth

  • Cloth coffee strainer or cheese cloth

Directions:

  1. Pour coffee grinds into your mason jar or pitcher

  2. Fill pitcher half way with water, place the lid on securely and shake, and fill the rest up with water

  3. Refrigerate for 15-20 hours (I do 20-24 and it comes out perfect for me)

  4. Using a cheese cloth or a cloth coffee strainer slowly strain your cold brew from one pitcher or jar to another

  5. Enjoy with your favorite milk or creamer! I’ve been loving MALK oat milk and Coffee Mate Natural Bliss oat and coconut creamers
